  • Unopened perfumes generally have a shelf life of at least 36 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming the perfume within 1–2 years.

  • Our perfumes consist of high-quality fragrance oils, alcohol, and, if necessary, water – for a long-lasting, harmonious fragrance experience.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery within Germany takes 2–4 business days. Within the EU, it can take up to 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are €4.90. Free shipping on orders over €75.

  • We ship your order with DHL.

  • Yes, after shipping you will receive a tracking link via email.

Return & Cancellation

  • Yes – as long as the packaging is unopened and sealed . For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned. Please note our cancellation policy.

  • A refund can be issued within 14 days of receipt of the product. Refunds are only possible if the perfume is unopened (sealed) and unused.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note our cancellation policy.

Fragrance selection & application

  • We don't currently offer samples—but we're working on it. Feel free to contact us for personalized recommendations.

  • Our fragrance descriptions will help you. We're also happy to advise you individually—just drop us a line.

  • It is best to spray on warm areas of the body such as the neck or wrists from a distance of about 15 cm.

    Our spray heads produce a fine mist, perfect for spraying large areas. This way, you don't spray too much product into a small area.

    Important: Please do not rub!

  • Our fragrances fall into the category of Extrait de Parfum, which contains an oil content of over 30%. A perfume typically lasts 8-12 hours, depending on skin type and fragrance composition.

  • For best results, it's advisable to let your perfume mature for approximately 1-2 weeks. This is especially true if the batch is very fresh. Enjoy the full fragrance experience after the notes have fully developed.
